Junior Geocaching Hunt-July 18-Use beginner-friendly GPS clues and maps to search for hidden treasures throughout the USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park. FREE, ages 5–13. July 13-Junior Firefighter Academy-9-12, Western Administration Complex, ages 5-12, Kids ages 5–12 will step into the exciting world of the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department with hands-on fun like Touch-a-Truck, interactive demonstrations, and up-close experiences with real Mobile firefighters. Mission Mars-August 15 James Seals Community Center, ages 5-13, free, build your own mars rover. August 15-Back to School Bash, Mardi Gras Park, School supplies, face painting, petting zoo, games and much more.
