ACCEL Academy is Alabama’s first public charter school, serving grades 6–12 in Mobile, Alabama. ACCEL is tuition-free and offers a next generation learning space through an innovative, personalized learning environment that meets students where they are, supports an accelerated path to graduation, reflects the diverse backgrounds of our community, and equips every student with the skills and mindset to achieve their dreams after high school, succeed in college, and enter well-paying careers.

Mission
The mission of ACCEL Academy is to connect students’ gifts and passions through personalized learning pathways that build academic skills, professional mindsets, and social and emotional well-being, so they are prepared for college and careers. This mission is guided by five core values: achievement, collaboration, care, empowerment and lifelong learning.
